Mercy received her Masters of Science Degree from Georgia State University in Atlanta. She became certified as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. Before that, she received her BSN from North Georgia College and State University in Dahlonega, Ga in 1992 and has since worked for the Gwinnett Hospital System as Charge Nurse in Labor and Delivery.
 
Mercy is certified in electronic fetal monitor and Inpatient Obstetrics. She joined the Preferred Women’s Healthcare in August of 2000. She has dedicated herself to providing health care to women of all ages. Her focus is physical exams, pap smears, family planning, breast health, perimenopause, menopause, OB care, health prevention and health promotion. Lawrenceville has become home away from her native Cameroon, West Africa since 1985.
 
She and her husband have 2 biological children and 8 adopted children from her late sister.
